How long does it take to receive my order?

Ready to Ship

If the item you have selected is listed as available and not labeled as a pre-order, you can expect your order to be shipped within a reasonable timeframe. Our team at TDM Clothing works diligently to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, so you can start enjoying your new dress.

Pre-Order Items

For certain items, we offer the option to pre-order. This means that the item is not currently in stock, but you have the opportunity to secure it before it becomes available to the general public. When you place a pre-order, we will provide you with an estimated date when the item will be available to ship.

It's important to note that the estimated shipping date for pre-order items is subject to change. While we strive to provide accurate information, unforeseen circumstances may arise that could affect the availability of the item. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and keep you updated on any changes to the shipping date.

Once the pre-order item becomes available, we will promptly ship it to you using the shipping method you selected during checkout. You can expect to receive your pre-order item within the standard shipping timeframe, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

How do I initiate a return?

At TDM Clothing, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, we offer a 30-day exchange policy. This means that within 30 days of receiving your item, you can request an exchange for another item of equal or lesser value.

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that your item is in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted for exchange.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
